Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is delivered digitally, by email. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no tracking numbers and no waiting for a courier. This page explains what arrives, when, and what to do if it does not.

What arrives in your inbox

Your delivery email contains:

Your QuickBooks licence number and product number (and, where applicable, a validation code)
A link to the official Intuit installer for your version
Step-by-step installation and activation instructions

We link to Intuit's own download. We do not host modified installers, and you should not use one from anywhere else.

Timing

Most orders are issued automatically and arrive within 15 minutes of payment clearing. Our system runs around the clock, so there is no daily cut-off.

A small number of orders are reviewed manually, for example when a payment is flagged for verification. Those are processed as quickly as possible and can take up to 24 hours.

Use an email address you can access

Your licence is delivered to the address you type at checkout. A typo there is the single most common cause of a missing order, and we cannot recover a key sent to an address that does not exist without first verifying your purchase.

Work addresses with strict filtering can also block delivery emails. If you are ordering from one, consider using a personal address instead.

If your email hasn't arrived

Check spam and promotions folders
Search your mailbox for our email address rather than our company name.
Check the address you entered
It is shown on your order confirmation.
Contact us with your order number
We will resend it.

Download or activation problems

Contact us if a download link will not open, the installer will not run, or your key is not accepted during activation. Send us the exact error message. Most of these are resolved the same day.

Remote installation support

On request we can help with installation and activation by screen-share. This is optional and only ever provided at your request. We will never start a remote session without your explicit prior consent, and we will never contact you unprompted asking for remote access to your computer. If someone claiming to be from Moulay asks for remote access you did not request, it is not us.

Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide by email. QuickBooks Desktop US editions are intended for use in the United States and Canada editions for use in Canada; check the region on the product page before you order.

No physical shipping

We sell digital goods only. No physical items are shipped, no packaging is sent, and no tracking number exists for any order.
