It is the number of people who can work in the same company file at the same time. A single-user licence is one installation. The 3 and 5 user licences enable multi-user mode so your team or accountant can work simultaneously.
Windows or Mac? USA or Canada?
Choose the edition that matches the computer you will install on. The Canada editions include GST/HST tracking and Canadian payroll forms. US editions are for US tax and payroll.
Can I move the licence to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate on the old machine, install on the new one and enter the same key. If you get stuck, message us and we handle it with you.
