We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Card data is handled by our payment processors.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop service messages about an order you have placed.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and session working, measure traffic, and personalise content and, where applicable, advertising. See our Cookie Policy. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies will stop parts of the site, including checkout, from working properly.

When we share information

We share personal information only where it is needed, with:

• Service providers: payment processing, ecommerce hosting (Shopify), email delivery and customer support tools

• Professional advisers, such as accountants, where required
• Authorities, where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights
• A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganised

We do not sell personal information. Some sharing with advertising and analytics partners may still count as “sharing” or “selling” under California law. See your rights below.

Your rights: California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; access a copy of it; correct inaccurate information; delete it, subject to legal exceptions; opt out of its sale or sharing; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email contact@moulay.site. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.

Your rights: UK and EU residents

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract for processing and delivering your order; legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and improving our service; consent for marketing messages and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to fulfil your order and support you afterwards (including licence and activation records), meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements, and resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information, and our checkout runs over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site and our emails link to Intuit websites and other third parties, including official software download pages. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will make that clear.
