01Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose. Breaking these Terms may result in your access being suspended or ended.
02What we sell, and what we are not
We are an independent reseller of QuickBooks Desktop software licences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks, Intuit and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used only to describe the products we sell.
The software itself is made by Intuit, not by us. Your use of it is governed by Intuit's own licence agreement, which you accept when you install and activate the software.
03Licence terms and version status
Each product page states the edition (Pro, Premier, Enterprise), the platform (Windows or Mac), the region (US or Canada), the version year and the number of simultaneous users. Those details form part of your agreement with us.
Licences are perpetual for the stated version. Some products we sell are earlier versions for which Intuit no longer provides add-on services such as payroll, bank feeds or live support. Where that is the case, the product page says so. Please read that notice before ordering.
If you are unsure which edition, platform, region or user count you need, contact us before ordering. We reply within a few hours and would rather help you choose than deal with a cancellation afterwards.
04Orders and delivery
Products are delivered digitally to the email address you give at checkout. Nothing ships physically. You are responsible for giving us an accurate email address and accurate billing details.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing. An order is accepted when we send your licence details, not when payment is taken. Delivery timings are set out in our Delivery Policy.
05Prices and payment
Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Taxes and duties may apply depending on where you are. See our Payment Policy.
06Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation before delivery is covered by our Order Cancellation Policy, and refunds after delivery by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.
07Support
We provide installation and activation support for the products we sell, by email and, on request, by screen-share. We do not provide training in how to use QuickBooks, and we cannot provide Intuit's own technical support for discontinued versions.
08Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, system requirements and version information accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. Intuit changes its products, requirements and support dates without notifying us. We do not guarantee that everything on this site is complete or current, and we may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
09Acceptable use
You may not use this site to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Transmit malware or harmful code

- Interfere with the operation or security of the site
- Scrape or copy site content for a competing service
10Your submissions
If you send us reviews, feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation to you. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
11Third-party tools and links
Our site and emails link to Intuit download pages and other third-party sites, and we may offer access to third-party tools “as is”. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and using them is at your own risk.
12Your personal information
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moulay and its officers and staff from claims, damages and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.
15Termination and severability
We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
16Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies linked from them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and your purchases.
17Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moulay is established, as stated in our Legal Notice, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the consumer law that applies where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
18Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after that means you accept them.
